How we use your personal information

Your name, email address, date of birth and National Insurance number are requested on registration to allow us to validate that you have benefits within one of the pension schemes on this site.

You created a password, which you use alongside your email address each time you log onto this site.

If we did not previously hold your email address, or the email address you provided when registering was different to the email address we hold on scheme administration records, Jacobs’ Pensions Team will have arranged to update your email contact details accordingly.

Member communication Preferences

Where we hold a member’s email address, we prefer to send you member communications electronically. If however, you would prefer to receive member communications by post, please contact the Pensions Team via PensionsTeam@jacobs.com or call 01189 467942 to let us know.

We do not use tracking cookies on this site, however we use anonymous analytical tools to record the number of visitors to the site.
